Need help in updating patch

Hey guys, I couldn't update PES2010 official patch 1.01 and 1.02. It stated, "The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be updated may be missing."
Why?.

anyone pls help me...i cant install official patch 1.02 or 1.1....the erro is

"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."

i hav already unistall and install back the .net framework (all) but still to no avail...anyone pls help me...im using xp pro sp3...the game works fine juz cant update the konami patch...many thnx

Have you 3 actually "installed" it, or running a "reloaded" version, because if it's the latter, although the game will play, it doesn't get installed as such, that it can be updated.
