Need Help with Option file and Auto switcher

I was wondering if anyone had the same problem I did with PES 2019. I have the PES universe option file downloaded and installed and it works great but recently I decided to download autoswitcher and thought i did evrything correctly but apparently i did something wrong. None of the balls, stadiums, or adboards pop up on my game like they are supposed to. I wanted to know if its doing this because I downloaded the option file first or is it because of the update. Any help would be greatly appreciated
