Need some advice on edit/patches/denuvo

One thing I understand is that the ps4/xb1 version has better graphics, which for me is nice, but not that most important thing. What I do value most is the gameplay, as well as a great league simulation.

I was able to enjoy the PC version of 2016 so much more because of the different patches. One in particular being the smoke patch because of the amount of teams that were added. My questions were, with the Denuvo protection is this going to be possible with PES 2017? And are there going to be any advantages to having the PC version over the PS4, because all things being equal, I might as well get the version with the better graphics.

One thing that the one particular patch had was more teams both international, and club than other patches. If anyone is knowledgeable enough might I ask, though I'm sure the answer is probably no, is this going to be possible to to create national/club teams not just edit teams that aren't already held in place by a fake team on PS4? If not how about the 2017 PC version with Denuvo? Once these teams were added how do you include them into the tournament/qualification formula?

In the end with Denuvo what will be the limitations as far as modding and patches on the PC? And if so/not are there any advantages to having the PC version over the PS4? Thank you again for your time everyone.

Here's smoke patch's list of added teams:
