Hi people brand new option file for you which i take NO CREDIT FOR. It contains the following :-
NEW FOR Neoseeker VERSION 3.0!
INSANE AMOUNTS OF APPEARENCE FIXES: Version 3 of the Neoseeker Option File has probably more appearence fixes than any other file available! Nearly every player in the Premier League has an appearence fix, and every player in the bigger teams in every league has a perfect set of appearences!
EVEN MORE STAT UPDATES: The option file is again using only the best stat updates available to improve the realism of the game. This version has roughly three times as many stat updates as V2.
MORE DIFFICULT TO SCORE: Every Goalkeeper in the game has had a stats boost to make scoring goals using this file much more challenging! For anyone who has mastered PES6 even on the Top Player difficulty level, this feature will make the game a challenge again!
TRANSFERS: Summer transfers are completely up-to-date as of the release date.
INTERNATIONAL SQUADS: All international teams are as up-to-date as is reasonable (for example, the latest squads are on the game, but major players who were injured for the last selection are in the squads still, such as Henry for France).
2007/2008 SEASON KITS! Clubs that have released their kits for the new season have their new strips included in the file. These include Arsenal, Manchester United, Rangers and Barcelona!
NEW BADGES: Clubs that have changed their team emblems for the new season have these included in the file. Some badge updates include Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, Barcelona and Valencia.
PLAYER INITIALS: Players who share surnames with other individuals in the game have their first name initial as part of their name on the game to make distinguishing between players much easier. Anyone who has ever signed Alex from Fenerbahce thinking they were getting Alex from PSV will most certainly appreciate this!
CORRECTED DUTCH AND BELGIAN NAMES: As any Dutch PES gamers will know, players hailing from the Netherlands with 'Van' in their name all have a slight error when it comes to the name the game has given them: To be completely correct, the 'Van' in names like Van Persie should actually not have a capital letter to start it. However, Belgians should, and this has been fixed for v3.
PROMOTED TEAMS: All of the promoted sides from every league are included, overwriting the relegated ones. The top players from all the relegated sides are left in the game as free agents to provide a nice bargain in the ML, and the entire teams from the relegated EPL clubs are left.
THE ULTIMATE MASTER LEAGUE EXPERIENCE!
INJURY TOLERANCE: Every player in the game now has Injury Tolerance B unless they are actually deserving of an A or C rating. This means there is a realistic amount of injuries per season in the ML!
LESS FATIGUE: Players have had their condition ratings upped by 1 or 2 points to ensure that fatigue plays a more realistic role in your ML. You shouldn't have to rest player after two consequetive games!
ML YOUTHS: The Konami players, or Master League Youths which appear randomly in your ML have had face, hair and boot overhauls to make them more aesthetically pleasing to use.
LONG-TERM FORMATION FIXES: Every team in the game has had a formation overhaul. Gone are the excessive attacking arrows and bizarre positioning of players within formations. This means teams in the ML will be more competitive for years to come. For example, if Rooney left Man United in the ML, they might replace him with someone like van der Vaart at SS in their formation. This is fine, except that the attacking arrows Rooney had as default with the formation will mean that van der Vaart tries to play like him, which wouldn't be right (and probably put Man U at a disadvantage). These new, balanced formations make the ML more of a challenge for years to come!
TOP PLAYERS OUTSIDE THE EPL: England U21's, top Championship and League 1 players have been included to provide an opportunity for a great bargain in the ML.
OTHER FEATURES:
STAT UPDATES: All of the stat alterations from esteemed data editors PLF, Del Perio and Red Phoenix are included in the file. Users of PES that may normally be against stat alterations (due to a lot of them being inaccurate) needn't worry: These editors are well renowned among the Pro Evo web community for their dedication to the cause of making a more accurate game, and the vast amount of time, thought and effort they put into every alteration they make. In fact, Konami's stat researchers used most of PLF's PES5 stat updates for PES6!
APPEARENCE FIXES: Hundreds and hundreds of new appearence fixes have been added to the file. In keeping with Neoseeker, all of Ciabatta and Callumdinho's app and physique alterations have been added to the file, as well as all new fixes by the option file team for every one of the 'Elite' players in TVI's development curves thread and almost every player in the top sides in each league.
LEAGUE C TEAMS: The German Bundesliga has been added in the League C section of the file, as well as Scottish sides Hearts and Aberdeen (allowing you to set-up an all British Master League!). In addition to these, AEK Athens and Shakhtar Donetsk are also included to allow users to faithfully recreate this season's UEFA Champions League! Also included are Steau Bucharest, Levski Sofia and Spartak Moscow.
NATIONAL SIDES: All international squads have been fully updated in accordance with their current teams. You won't have to worry about Beckham playing for England or Zidane leading out France! Many of the brand new kits for the national teams have also been added.
CLASSIC TEAMS: The Classic teams have had their squads altered (Pearce and Shearer now play for classic England!) and their kits have also been edited to look like distinct kits from certain tournaments. Those kits are as follows:

Even the out-dated licensed kits have been edited! And in addition to all of this, lots of 'spare' emblems have been included specifically for the purpose of people using custom teams in the Master League.
STADIUMS: All stadium names have been altered to their correct ones, and the grounds that best resemble them have been renamed to the Emirates Stadium, the Allianz Arena and Wembley.
SQUADS AND TRANSFERS: All squads and transfers are fully up-to-date as of April 2007.
FORMATIONS: All formations are now as realistic as possible - the silly attacking arrows given to every player on numerous option files are only there if they mean the player will behave in a certain way (for example, Henry moving out to the left wing when playing up front, or Rooney coming deep to collect the ball).
NEW PLAYERS: Dozens of new players such as England Under-21 players, top players in the Championship and new Classic and Shop players have been added, allowing an even better Master League experience!
NO DUPLICATES: Every last 'evil twin' has now been removed from the game. You'll no longer have to worry about Chelsea buying Didier Drogba's Ivory Coast squad counterpart or Mateja Kezman coming up against his long lost twin, Keznan!
BOOTS: The majority of players on the game now have their correct boots!
NEO FC For those of you wondering whether Neo FC will be on the file, the answer is no. The Neoseeker squads will be added for a special version 2.5, so for this version, you'll no longer have to dread those games in the ML where you come up against the likes of Sweeney, Gnels or the dreaded AADW!
MISCELLANEOUS: There have been literally hundreds of other small tweaks and alterations to really make this option file the best one available for download on the net!
