I've already posted this in a pm to hulkamaphone, but i am desperately trying to get the option file to work on my old MODDED xbox. I use it as an multimedia centre and occasionally play games on it, and thankfully i have the PES 5 ISO. I've FTP'd the option file about a thousand times and i keep getting that damn "damaged" message.

Can anyone anywhere help me out?????

Or else please direct me to a tutorial on how to modify the PES 5 xbox iso with the latest faces/kits etc????

hey lads any possibility of making this a PS3 compatible option file? I dont have a PS2 anymoe and I have a 60GB PS3 which can play PS2 games. Can anyone convert it for me?

Thanks a lot i will give it a shot again, it's got to work this time! btw is it possible to adjust the kits and faces easily? I heard of GGS game graphic studio, can i mod my xbox files with that?

You can change the kits and faces very easily in the game itself... not sure if thats what you are talking about.

Thank you for putting this up, i love PES 5 which in my opinion is still is the best PES game out there. It's a shame that they stopped releasing games for the original xbox though ---- PS2 ain't dead yet :crymore:.

Anyways with editing i mean with tools like ASFexplorer, PESFan etc (which i do not know how to use)

Importing faces and new kits, i actually did manage to install a patch by this french modder called Jo54 or something.

The game now has the PES 2008 intro and gay bar music :lol:

No problem salidarius, I have had the xbox version for so long and just wanted some option files (for the 08/09 season) for those of us out there who haven't taken the "next gen" step.

Having said all that, on the weekend I bought a plasma and PS3, so I'll be getting PES2009 for sure!!

So anyone out there looking for a game of PES when it comes out, my ID# is hulkamaphone.

I have the HD TV but no Next Gen 'YET' see you on the pitch someday in the distant future when PS4 or xbox 460 comes out hahahahaha!

Haha, yeah thats what I used to tell my mate (he got a PS3 when they were first released) I would tell him I'll see him when PES2025 comes out.

Im sure the price will drop now that the 45nm chips are going into production... hopefully by christmas next year.

Just a question (I know there's athread about this elsewhere, but I'll ask you guys anyway, since it's this file I'm trying to transfer):

I'm having trouble with my Max Drive-cd lately, it either won't read, or the PS2 asks me to insert a playstation disc. The disc itself looks as good as new. I've tried some tricks (e.g. turning the console up-side down) but none of it works. Anybody have a clue? I've also notice Play.com has a new version of the Max Drive out, Maybe that's worth a shot.

Sorry oliseh, I dont use a max drive so I have no idea... you might have to search the forums for an answer.

Hey mates.

I'm new here. I just downloaded this OF for XBOX. I opened it with Pesfan editor 5 and it seems really great!

My question is...i own an xbox360, and i would like to update my pes5 OF on my xbox360. How do i put this OF there? Can i use a regular usb drive? Or do i need anything else?

Can anybody tell me...?

I download the xbox option file, but when i try to load the xbox tell me that is currupted...
Does anyone have the same problem?

Also, everyone talks about Pesfan editor,,,,where can you download this from?

You can get the PES Editor from this page (click it), but I'm not sure if it works with XBox-files (there's a file converter too, but I think that's just for converting PS2 to PC and back). There may be other editors available. Try Google.

There should be a guide to transferring files somewhere in the forum. Have you tried the search function?
