I'm not fluent in French but basically these are RUMOURED details from February. Given that WE10 has been out since then, I'm sure you'll find most of the info is inaccurate.

I would love there to be many more teams included but I dont think the lesser consoles can handle it. Plus the only next gen PES6 version will be on the 360.

Well, I would expect a next-gen PES to have more of those details for sure. Additional characters around the pitch would be good, but so long as they get a linesman in there!

Sure you need Belarus, hleb in it lol. Aniways all i want is all lisenced premiership teams soon and maybe a few more leagues would be nice. I suppose if they keep improving the gameplay i cant complain. long live PES.
