New Teams\Any converter tool that converts ps4 files to PC? [PES17 PC]

Is anyone making new teams to import inside PES for PC? Like phillips is doing for ps4 ; and i want to know too , if anyone know a tool to convert ps4 files (teams) to pc version?

nop. only ps4 to pc , the tool is in evo web

Too bad those teams can't be converted to PC.

I think on PES 2018 ps4 stuff is compatible with PC, but on PES 2017 they aren't.
