I reckon they are announcing what good features they are removing from the previous game and what new stupid shit they've added to the game.

The whole "heart" thing is probably a response to 12-year olds noticing the obvious scripting.
The problem with scripting is not that your opponent becomes stronger. That's the only way a game like that can have a variety of difficulties. The problem is it has become laughable and over the top to a point where you feel you're being mocked, not challenged. It completely lacks any purpose, so either a Konami intern has been handed this particular task, or they are simply trying to annoy the fans for whatever reason.
Every football game is "scripted" to an extent, but PES 2013 is just ridiculous. And the worst part is most of your victories (especially the big ones) are also scripted. Once you've played enough games (like... two) you easily notice all of it. When a team is bound to destroy you, your players are weirdly unresponsive, your keeper is exceptionally bad, the referee is laughably supporting the A.I. , your midfielders/attackers, no matter what team you play with, suddenly become uncapable of good through balls and so on. And of course, it's basically the same when you're allowed to win easily. You can tell A.I. is not on Top Player difficulty and there's no enjoyment in beating them. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realise they've made all that to keep you interested, because they ran out of ideas, but I don't think it's working. More and more 'loyal fans' are abandoning the sinking ship. And rightly so. Don't let yourselves be fooled by fancy trailers and pics, the game will be basically the same and once you've enjoyed the improved graphics, the rage of playing scripted games will take over your PES experience, like usual.

Maybe its time to start reading what Konami is saying about their upcoming release of PES 14 with its new Fox Engine.
It seems that the new engine is not new enough (as i had previously stated in other threads) to be released on the newer Next Gen consoles such as the PS4, Xbox One or even the new PSVita.

Sabatasso has a different theory about the scripting in 2013 he writes “therefore want to give you a difficult but pleasant experience at first” the 7 goals I scored in the first friendly are giving me the impression that his theory maybe is right. But my player was completely fresh, wasn’t overloaded with games at that point and in the first game I always trying my best just to get ahead from the rest cf and win the basic in the first game.
All the keepers looked to me retards but in 1 goal the keeper tried to block the ball and missed the ball came directly to my feet free gift!? The removal of penalty saver and 1 on 1 keeper made them all soft the fact is in older games look a bit supernatural. After that it may give the impression that the script gets harder but the couch was not changing me in every game as was happening in 2011 and I badly needed. In one game I scored 3 goals and when I was scoring the 4th that was the time the fucking coach was changing me!? But I can’t say 100% that sebatasoo was right because i was I badly needed it anyway!? The removal of the shot technique made it possible to score from any position!? For example scoring from a position close to the outline was a privilege only of 95 minimal shoot technique player. Playing fox in box always is giving you high accuracy and with the king boots it was around 92 the commentators in one goal I scored were mumbling something like “this is the accuracy of king boots…” and it was the only boots it worth to wear up to 19 games I played the other was crap anyway. The truth is they can’t change the numbers to the players they have standard values hidden skills that it happens to know them all. Superstar level is something like "now or never" you don’t press the buttons in the right time is too late bye bye and you are forced to be on alert all the time.
Maybe you all right they shouldn’t make it so hard you need sometimes playing more relaxed. The mess in the Master league is something I will never forgive with Barcelona I choose who and when will gets substituted and I could score much more goals for sure vila had and the dummy runner card anyway. Finally we must send the message that enough is enough, you are absolutely right.

I think Konami delayed its news because the embargo is to be lifted on Thursday.Maybe their matter is controversial to Embargo's restrictions.

Hm, they should focus on making football games again, then they can aim at the 'amazing' part. People accusing them of being lazy? Wonder why. :erm:
One thing I forgot to mention in my previous post - am I the only one under the impression some (if not all) of the people behind this game don't know the football rules? For example, when a player is being brought down by the last defender, it's always a yellow card when it should ALWAYS be red. It's not up to the referee, it's the friggin' rule. I know it happens rarely, because A.I. always has the best, strongest, fastest and most intelligent defence of all time (these guys have HEART
), but when it does, it's annoying.

It is amazing from many views!? The speed i found all negative points about it.

And I thought it was good at the begin konami is no 1 shells in Latin America and it was time for them to do something about it!?
I was thinking new leagues, new teams and new players to explore Brazil and Argentina are always offering great players. But if you can’t chose the teams with the original players in Master league you can’t see them in action close enough. Can you imagine the disappointment when I’ve seen Barcelona with nobodies and only 3 millions to start!? I deleted the game on spot. 3 millions was the contracts of staff members in older versions. The most important is if I wanted something like this I couldn’t choose to do it? The most people that were doing something like this always were editing and the teams name or the stadium, changing it and they were starting with +30 millions. In pess 2013 you are no longer have that option.
The Member wars are all over my friend you can download a 3rd partly league made from fans and has much more details in teams and players if you like.
PS I've read somewhere Obafemi Martins singed with Seattle Sounders FC!? I never had a clue you have a league in USA is good to go and see him playing live now that you have the chance.

Have you ever see him playing? A visit to youtube and you will be surprised how good shot, dribble and speed always seems to has!? I always thought he was under rated in pes. He will help the developing of soccer inside USA for sure and older fans that know him will liked to watch some games of seatle sounders for sure.
