He explains in V7 post. Here is some quotes (Pay attention about having to move those teams to their respective leagues) Like any OF, you need to manually move teams in order for the structure to be correct. Been like this for many years, nothing new. Just follow the directions and it won't be stupid as you claim.

Created european teams (Complete to make a Champions League or an Europa League : Red Bull Salzburg, SK Rapid Wien, Sturm Graz, PFK Ludogorets Razgrad, Ferencváros, Legia Warszawa, FK CrvenaZvezda, Malmö FF, Sheriff Tiraspol)


Created promoted teams : for all european leagues (excepted Alessandria, Cambuur, Dundee FC, Grasshoper, Girerunspor, Altay and Danish promoted ; it wasn’t possible to have in same time all promoted teams and Champions League and Europa League teams)

You have to remove manually some teams in their good league :


- promoted european teams

- some Bundesliga and european created teams

- Deportes Quindio (others south america) instead of Boyaca Chico

- some Japanese , asiatic teams

- the fake asian teams in others asia.

You have to realize that PES 2021 can not be fully updated for 2021-22 season due to limits of available fake teams and licensed teams with promotion and regulation.

V7 is being updated for 2021-22 season

If I wanted to put MLS instead Liga MX is it possible? How to do it correctly?

EDIT: I've installed your OF. I found that Alessandria is missing in intalian serie b.
Also no Viborg in Denmark league and no Silkeborg
Is that true or I make some mistake during installation?

Benedyczak is in Parma
Buksa isn't in Polska NT but you can add it by yourself.

Some promoted teams (Alessandria, Danish teams, Girerunspor, Altay) aren't in the game because no sufficient fake teams in Others Europe.
Instead of thee teams, I chose to add the missing teams for Champions League and Europa League.

If you want to have MLS in your game instead of Liga MX, you can do it.

But perhaps, some players of your MLS won't be compatible with my OF players (if MLS created players are using the same players ).

Il you want to install it, :

1. First, install your MLS
2. Then, install my OF (excepted Liga MX)
