nl.bol.com GUARENTEE PES6 will be dispatched on the 20th. I even queried it and had a Dutch friend email them for me, asking them to confirm it which they did:

I went to the Digi Fan in Haarlem earlier today, they couldnt dare to point a finalized release date. Although we did get PES5 earlier as well.

The email doesn't confirm the release date though, they are merely pointing out that you will have it on the day it is released. Anyway I'll give it a shot.

Are you joking its £29.99 in lots of stores and my mate said that he got FIFA 07 from tesco for £22.00 and they will have PES6 in stock so I can't see why it would be much dearer.

If they ship it from holland on the 20th I doubt that you will get it before if say play.com sent it.

No, I am Dutch and the mail is not correctly interpreted.
It says:
'According to our knowledge 'Pro Evolution Soccer' is available at 20 october.
If you pre-order the game overhere you certainly receive the game at the release date'

In other words: We think the release-date is at the 20th and if that's right, you get it on the release date.

They changed it to 26th now

A friend of me also ordered it there and truly believed he'd have it in his hands on the 20th but I kept saying it wouldn't be there until the 26th/27th. He also e-mailed them and didn't get a response but as you can see they changed it to the 26th. Sorry to burst your bubble but don't take everything u read concerning release dates for granted.

For the Dutch people:

Geloof nou niet dat je hem de 20e hebt want dat is gewoon niet zo. De release date is 26/27 en in die week krijgen de winkels hem binnen. Waarschijnlijk op woensdag, soms op dinsdag maar donderdag kan ook. Dus heb nou geduld, ik weet dat het voor iedereen kkmoeilijk is maar het is nou eenmaal niet anders.

Did you really believe it comes at the 20th, or did you just hoped it?
Hundreds of places on the internet say the release date is 27th in the UK and 26th in the rest of Europe.
All shops which name earlier date just try to let you buy the game in their shop OR they are behind in their administration...
