No English language option for PES 2012 on PS3?

So I went to Austria recently, and I decided to get PES 2012 on PS3. (I am from Australia, and games here are about 1.5X more expensive..). So I spend like 55 euros on it, and when I get home to try it out, I find out that there's 5 languages to choose from, like german, greek, french..
Why is there no english??? I am not talking about the comentators, but the actual in game text.
WTF Konami, seriously..?

PES has different versions of the game. You should have checked it before you blame Konami. Why would people in Austria want an English menu? If I buy a game in Australia I won't have Dutch language as well.

If you were english but went to live in Spain for a bit, you'd be angry that theres no english. English is the national language for the world so I'm surprised other languages but not english has been included

The few players who are English and don't speak the language of the country they live in (Integrate..) can buy a copy on amazon. I don't see the problem. 99% of Austrian people probably don't want an English game anyway. Btw If I would live in Australia and went to Europe, I would check if English language is available before I spent €55 on a game.
