No Konami download on xbox game?

Hi,

I had an xbox a few months ago and when i went to download the konami update on the actual game the 'download' option wasn't there so i couldn't get the update onto the game, i heard it might a problem with the game region, so i changed it from uk to us and i still wasn't able to download the update, has anyone else had this problem?

I've started to play it on the ps3 and it's probably the worst game i've ever played on which is frustrating because it was good on the xbox.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Did you download the patches for PS3? Sounds like you liked the game pre patch & know you are playing on PS3 with patches you dont like it

I like the game pre patch on the xbox, very fluid and realistic, the PS3 version was poor pre patch and isn't much better post. It is quite annoying because i was really gettin ginto the xbox version, but there was no download option on the game.
