No league mode in pes this year

still can't believe there's no league mode!! Could a dlc rectify this?? Every year in pes I start by playing all the cups and 1 of the licensed leagues to amass points to unlock items in the pes shop and while im waiting for an option file and a dlc to appear to fix transfers for my master league and become a legend journey!! As for community mode im equally as gutted as me and my friend would play constantly throughout the year against each other and then before the new series comes out we'd check who won the most and the loser would have to pay for a few pints!

This is going to sound stupid, but what is so good about League Mode? Can someone please explain? I mainly play BAL and Master League.
I always thought it was just a competition like EPL but you cant make transfers like Master League.

its people like me who only play realistic/ real life rosters. Nor do I like playing all the little games, earning points, or in this year earning boots.
I never realized until this year, when StringerBell mentioned to me, that you could control a master league to not have transfers.
The main reason I thought I didn't like master league is unrealistic rosters, whether it be hearing about people unrealistically singing players that would never play on the same club together, or the CPU doing the same through sim. but now I understand you can shut off transfers and play master league the same way as the old season mode with no transfer funny business going on.

And I am the opposite I want to play against the best possible teams. I like letting the CPU make unrealistic signings and bringing the classic players into the master league to try and make it as difficult as possible to beat these super teams. I miss the old days where I could rework the league and take all the best teams from EVERY league and put them into one league. It made winning the table all that much more tougher. I can still tweak the leagues but with only so many teams from certain leagues. I didnt even know playing a stand alone league was possible lol

I hope that there is still a way to include the League Mode by a DLC update in the game.
Since PES 4 there has been a League Mode for all off line users why Konami would take it out?! They will lose a lot of old school PESfans if they don't add it in this years game.
And come on, this ML with the boots nonsens?!
Konami always seem to 'surprise' us with those strange decisions to ruin the game. I bet Jon Murphy will say; "we didn't hear from the fans that the League Mode is good and should be included"
So after 9 years League Mode, just take it out... next year no Edit Mode anymore

yes tried it yesterday and only group stage or knock-out is possible, not one league with custom teams

Then this is bad news.
So far:
* No league mode
* No offline community mode
* BAL/ML magic boots
And so few new features/modes...
We play only offline comunity leagues. Every week once or twice.
Usualy 3-5 players. I never played with computer, online is boring when i can't see oponents.
Now i had to create ligue sheet in excel. This is sick.
Acumulated fatigue not working, suspensions after cards.
Really it was useless to buy PES13, hope it will change.
We will play PES12 until offline comunity mode will be enabled.

From what I have read, a patch will be available early October which will include online community. Me and my mates only really play online leagues so hopefully this patch should sort it

I guess some people here don't know that you can start a master league with no transfers. I checked and you can do it in pes 13, so league mode was actually a bit useless. But I do get the people saying "why remove things that were ok" and I agree with that TBH. It's just that sometimes many people get so mad that they overlook certain aspects that could emulate what was lost.
