Not being able to play online other than MLO and ranked 1 vs 1

Hi,

I was wondering whether anyone else was having this problem? That as soon as they try and connect to anything other than 1 vs 1 or MLO they get told that they can't because of restrictions. I was hoping that someone would be able to help me out with that one please?

Also another problem which i'm having which isn't online is that i keep on getting switched to my desktop mid-game.

If it helps i'm using the pc version.
