Online problems

Hi everyone

I just got my game yesterday, bought it just to play online. checked my speed.. everything was ok. opened up a konami Id and game ID. When i got back to to game i selected online, it said "testing network enviroment", and after that it said " an error occured". it never asked me to type in my konami or game id. tried forwarding ports, almost everything. i am playing on a pc.

can somebody help me please, thank you

May be firewall is blocking.

May be firewall is blocking.

turned off, the router firewall, the windows firewall and the antivirus
patched the game yesterday with all of the official patches, and its still the same

1) Double check you put correctly the serial number

2) Go to your router config and open the following ports:
20000-2140
5730-5739
3658
3478
80
443

3) Also, double check you don't mess with game-id and konami-id. That happened to me once.

what serial number and where? do you mean during the installation of the game?

i opened up all the ports, and nothing has changed, it still says an error has occured

My best advice is: create another konami account and try again.

well, when i created my konami id it never asked me to type in the registration code of my game
and when i entered the game it never askedm to type in my konami id?????

You install the game: you type the serial (It won't allow to continue but shit may happen).

You connect to online: you type your konami-id and password (correct me if I'm wrong).

And no, Konami doesn't ask you for any serial when registering any account.

Nothing seems to work, i am fkd up, dont know what else to do
re-installed the game went online and nothing happened
