Can someone please tell me how i can play
my friend offline using an option file. the
option file works for single player but doesnt work
when i want to play against my friend here at home.

Go to the strip select screen and get your friend to log out of the ps4.

Choose the strip then get your friend to log back in from the same screen. Should work from here.
