Option file import for PS3?

I've read “import prequel data” can import option files from PES 2010 into PES 2011. Does anybody know if this has the same limitation in terms of region? Can a US PES 2011 import UK PES 2010 option files?

I am assuming a US PES 2011 cannot load a UK PES 2011 option, but if I can at least import the WENB 2010, that would be awesome.

It was disappointing to not be able to play PES 2011 with Championship teams since there isn't an option file for the US option. I might end up buying the UK version just for the option files.

The import prequel data function just allows you to import data from your edit data, so the region problem will still be there

i have imported nad it works fine. the new possibility to edit clun emblems and league emblems is fantastic
