Overall changes in Data Pack 3.0

I want to hear your toughts about overall increase/decrease in next DataPack

Im starting with Josef Martinez from Atlanta and Venezuela, I believe he deserves 83 overall increase from 79.

Also I think that Thomas Muller deserves decrease to 80. He is out of form last whole year.

That Pyontek guy from Genoa needs a massive improvement.

Pretty much everyone in Bayer and Schalke need to be decreased, but we know that wont happen.

They are playing poor this season. They did finish second and fifth last season though which is the teams they are based on.
