Hi i fix Paraguay National Team , there is a bug from konami, yes paraguay have only 22 players, and miss 1 to have 23, then i fix this via hexagesimal manually (i buy pes18 some weeks ago) and now you can have lucas barrios (real player) from argentinos jrs to paraguay national team
when you play with paraguay dont use live updates i f you want to use 23 players
but if you dont mind, you can use it but you have only 22

So you know, Paraguay has 21 players in PES 2019. If you could tell me how you fixed it, that would be great

UPDATE: Turns out you can just add players to national teams. Problem solved
