Patch 1.2 first impressions

Um, shit actually lol.
Was really getting to grips with the game on Superstar with some alterations via Jenkey's etc and then fired this up. Just had my biggest hammering ever, 1-5 v Fulham on Top Player. Danny Murphy was like Messi's love child. At one point they scored five from five attempts.
Major point to note I suppose, is that for the first time in ages possession was fairly equal I had 51-49 to them, this never happens in any footy game, my norm is normally 57/58 or higher.

I've been plain on superstar too on ps3 with goalgerds option file and gameplay patch.
Had some great games of late and was realty enjoying it so hope they haven't ruined it

I have played PES since the beginning of time and I can't have a straight go at the opposition's defense in this game. The COM puts 8 men behind the ball all the time. If you just look at the radar when COM attacks, u'd see there is only 2,3 players going forward and the rest sits behind. All teams no exception. ACTIVE AI MY ASS !

I BEG of anyone...ANYONE who says he enjoys the game and can BUILD UP, ATTACK and SCORE, DEFEND PROPERLY....PLEASE upload a YOUTUBE VIDEO so us so called "haters" can watch and learn.

In terms of locality, yes, but not heated by any means. That doesn't detract away from the fact that they played you off the park yet came away with nothing, if anything it shows how far Spuds have come. As much as it pains me to say.

Should be considering they are both south london teams, except the woolwich wanderers decided to come Tottenham way
Saying that Spurs were living by the seats of their pants in the second half and fulham deserved something from the game.
Other than Spurs I wouldnt know who Arsenals rivals are. For us though it's that lot across finsbury park way, and chelsea. Me personally West Ham as I got spat at going into upton park. We are like the newham bingo boys cup final

It's a bit of a roundabout in terms of London rivalries. For us it's Spuds and Chelsea, and to an extent West Ham (more equal respect there though). For West Ham it's Spuds, Chelsea & Millwall.
I think the fairest way to put it is no one likes Spuds or Chelsea, who also don't like each other.
Won second game 3-2, Newcastle it was. They won all the headers going but I expect that on 'Cheat Mode' aka Top Player, just playing enough games so that I can unluck superstar...
Anyway,
Newcastle had 53% possession this time, so I'm definitely noticing that the CPU are holding onto the ball much better than before. I don't think much has changed in terms of tackling, Murphy ran riot first game against me, and Ameobi was virtually unchallengable in this one.
In two games I reckon Carragher has won, oh I don't know, 0% of his headers he's gone for. But early days....
Anyway,

Both South London Teams? Arsenal are very much north. And Fulham are west on the Northern Part of the Thames, bit inaccurate m8 ha

He's referring to the fact that Arsenal, back when we were known as the Woolwich Arsenal, were based in South London. Despite this taking place before Hitler was born, they're still a bit agitated about it. Even though they tried to move into the Olympic Stadium which is in East London.

If you know your history mate, arsenal started out as dial square in woolwich south east London. Moved to n5 in 1913. We like to say they are not a true north London team

If you know any Spurs you know that was not popular and thankfully that is dead. Hopefully the northumberland Park project will move ahead and we'll have a sparkley new stadium in the area we've been since 1882

Yeah I got that impression.
Anyway, back on topic. I'm not going to be able to try the new patch until later this evening. But as a very vocal supporter of the game, I really hope not much has changed, or is at least adaptable if it has.
The end of the day, you can't please everyone.
Thinking about it though, should I dislike the patch and prefer the game pre-patch, will I be able to uninstall it?
