Hi guys. For about a week or more now I've been pestered by a PayPal Popup that appears repeatedly at the bottom of the window, regardless of scrolling, or above my keyboard window when typing. This is happening when using my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) on Android.

Is this something you guys can blitz, something I'm gonna have to learn to live with, or something I can get rid of myself? I'm only seeing this kinda thing on this forum, none others past or present. Thanks
