[PC] Freezing on negotiations

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help me, I am getting increasingly frustrated by this problem!! Sorry if this has been posted/answered elsewhere already, but i've googled for hours and found nothing, and i've searched on here and found nothing similar.

In ML, everytime it comes round to the negotiations period and i try to sign someone or practically do anything in the negotiations screen, my game just freezes. The music still plays and everything, but I can't do anything at all. The game still runs, it doesn't crash to desktop or anything, it just continually freezes... It's getting extremely extremely annoying.

Someone mentioned that its to do with Kitserver, but I don't even use it so I don't think it can be that.

Can anyone please help me?

I encounter the same problem too. I have reinstalled the game, but the problem still existed.

Have anyone fix this problem??
