Hi guys,
I am new to this forum.
I have pes 2010 for pc and since the last server maintenance (15/06/2010) i can't play anymore online. Here is my message to the support:

It's been a week since we (a few players) can't connect to the online mode of the
pc version.
We've sent you many mails but you're not answering any.
As faithful customers, we expect you to solve this problem or at least letting us
know what's going on.
So i explain you once more what the problem is:
Since the last server maintenance, a few players can't play online, game ID,
password and serial are correct, but after about 30 seconds of loading the
following message appears "an error occured". I have tried all your tools to
verify the connection and everything is fine. I can even play pes 2009 online so
it's not a problem with the connection.

seial: ********
I bought this game only for the online mode so i feel very disapointed.
I send you as well a picture of my legit serial.

We have checked your account details and they seem fine. We would like you to try
the following. Please do a backup of your savefiles which can be found under My
Documents in the Konami Folder. Once you have made a backup to a secure location,
delete the files from PES 2010 in the My Documents folder. Uninstall PES 2010 from
your PC entirely and try a reinstall.

Could you kindly let this know if this has resolved the problem?

It's been 10 days now, i need new serial or a real solution.

Has anyone of you been experiencing this problem?
Should i trust them in fixing this server bug or should i buy a new game?
