INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Click on the file you want to download at the top of this page.
2. After it has downloaded, right click on it and select 'Extract All'
3. This should bring up a wizard.
4. Follow the instructions in the wizard to extract(or 'unzip') the file.
5. Next, the file should be displayed in it's location.
6. Right click on the file, it should be called KONAMI-WIN32PES4OPT, and select copy.
7. Then, goto C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\save\folder1 and right click in there and select paste.
8. If it asks you if you want to overwrite a file, select yes.
9. Start up game and it should work

If you want to keep any patched kits, badges or sponsors you may have installed already then you want the 'NoKits' version of the file. See the next post for details of the 'No Kits' version.

This has all the kits, sponsors, flags and badges set back to default. So if you've patched the PC version with better graphics for those then you can use this file and you won't lose any of the cool stuff you've added.
Obviously if the patch you've been using has different teams in it than the ones in the original game then you'll need to change those kits yourself, as our option file has the original teams and your kits will be for a different team. Check Ajay's Editing Guide in the main pc forums for a great guide on how to do this.
I went through and reset everything fairly quickly so if i've missed any then let me know and i'll update it again.
Oh, and i've done a few minor updates to the Celtic and Rangers squads to make them a little more accurate too.
EDIT: One last thing, i've re-locked the classic teams/players as i personally don't like them.
