hey sammy.. here an idea i saw in others of:
a team called adidas with players sponsoreds by adidas and a team called nike with players sponsoreds by nike.
i think its a good battle..

Apologies for the delay. I was being formally observed today (I'm training to be a teacher), so I was up until 5am sorting all of my stuff out. I will upload it as soon as I get home today

I do like the sound of this, and it is something I could look into. Do you have any lists of who is sponsored by who? and do you not think that it will be too similar to the world 11 i have already made?

There is a full list in wikipedia (with their teams).. but you'll have to get only the best players..
i think it will be a great game

FILE NOW UPDATED FOR 1.3 PATCH!!!!​

New file will only work with the 1.3 version of the game, although I have still left a link for the previous 1.2 version for those people not wishing to update their games

I hope everyone enjoys this option file, and please let me know if you do as a lot of work has gone into it. Also, as this is the 1st version I have released for this 1.3 patch, please point out any mistakes I might have made so that I can fix them and make this option file 'perfect'

My game still return the same message: the import fails because they was made in a diferent version, update your data to proceed, or something like that... my game is current 1.3, so what can be?

It worked for me all i done was transferred the files into my save directory and then loaded the game its working like a dream no problems.

Everything is great in this pack no problems that i have noticed as of yet.

My game still return the same message: the import fails because they was made in a diferent version, update your data to proceed, or something like that... my game is current 1.3, so what can be?

Go to the in-game 'download' again and try doing it again, you may not have completed the upgrade... otherwise I'm afraid I don't know. Make sure you are downloading my new file as well (called 'sammy_k_84 1.3 27-03-09.rar') and not the previous version for 1.2

WORD OF WARNING
The update released today with the new England kits resets a lot of my hard work, (extra teams have disappeared again, any transfer/formation/squad number updates are back to Konami). In my opinion it is not worth it for one extra kit, as it will take me a few days to get it sorted for this new update.

Anyone know a way I can undo this last update? I don't even like England's new kit!!

The only way i think you can undo the update is to re-install game or copy patch 1.3 files into directory from someone whom hasn't updated.

Right i have had a look around and i feel this is the possible solution to the problem but i am not 100% certain

Download the file, back up the file located C:\ProgramData\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2009\download this is vista location.

When you have done this then copy the downloaded file to this directory and run the game see if it has worked.

I experienced with the same thing above and the patch that sammy made works well after updating game on the in-game-menu setting / download (took me 1 hour to update though, but patch from sammy_k_84 is worth waiting)

I have a slight problem here.
Yesterday, I just installed pes 09 onto my computer, and immediately updated my game with the official update from the "download" option in the game, which changed the new england kit. Then, i downloaded this. And i checked that the kits and team names have not changed. What should i do? Re-install the game, update pes with an older version and download this OF?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try this http://www.pesgaming.com/showpost.php?p=1455761&postcount=155 and see if that works if it does don't do the download option in pes until there is a new fix for the kits etc

if it works let me know
