[PC]SMoKE Patch Question - PES2013 Stopped Working

Hi,

I've installed the SMoKE version patch for 5.2 and 5.2.2 from below:

However, the game can't start and always shows like this:

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I am using WIN8 64bit system.

Are you running as Administrator, as dido say in the instructions?

Finally I figured out that's because of the running as Admin.
