PC vs Console

I'm a big PC gamer but always played PES on Xbox but thinking about making the switch to PC

I've just read this review for the PC version. Would you say it's a fair review?

Edit: I mainly play online so online reviews would help

Pros:
1.) The best FOOTBALL game out there in terms of gameplay and realism.
2.) Has a very realistic career mode
3.) MyClub is an Ultimate Team alternative however it may not be for you.
4.) Down the line PES will become a FIFA challenger in terms of mainstream play. If they keep going down this road.

Cons:
1.) Online servers are very very bad. There is the joke about EA's servers, imagine EA's servers 10x worst.
2.) Online is dead. It will take you a long time to find a game and when you do it could well be a cheater.
3.) The console versions have clearly been priority. Konami delayed the release of the game so they would release it finished. However the PC port is so bad you could argue it shouldn't of been released.
4.) The optimization is terrible i can't play Fullscreen without Screen tear, Stutter or input lag.
5.) Console versions have way superior graphics.
6.) The lack of options is pretty bad. You also have to change your graphics settings before actually booting the game, you cannot do it ingame.

I look forward to the day Konami focus on their PC version because it would crap all over FIFA's PC version in every possible way. I have this on previous generation consoles and it's still better than the PC port.
