PES '11 didn't run as it usually does

i play pes almost everyday. the last time i played pes was last night. but today, when i tried to open pes, like i usually does, it won't open.
the mouse cursor has a loading after i clicked the icon, but after that, nothing happen.
i played ml last night for the first time though, and found it was fun, so i want to play today, the problem occur.

anyway, i'm new here. nice to meet y'all.
