PES 16 - How to unlock all options to edit teams,from game? HELP,I'm at impasse

Hello.

Two days ago,I finally found a Pes 2016 patch,that had created my favourite football club (which is the Bulgarian champion Ludogorets). I've tried making it myself soo much time,but couldn't make it real. Now that I can finally play with it,I have an annoying problem with it. The commentators ingame are pronouncing my team as Partizan Belgrade.

My question is - How to remove that team commentary? I know it can happend from ingame team edit -> team names -> commentary team,but that option is locked. Tried soo many things to unlock it,but nothing works

I have tried all kinds of different pes editors to remove the commentary fake team name pronounce,but they either have no such an option,or its again LOCKED..

Please help,I have no other solutions,for 2 days I've been searching how to fix it,but still can't find.
