i am so serious about making a game. im working out how im going to get some money together and ill work out a basic layout of what i want in the game.
ill have to outline the game and what im trying to acheive and present it to whoever maybe interested in investing in it. then go to a game developer and get them to make it. it will be hard and it would take like 1 - 5 years to make the game depending on how pollished it is. but ive been playing soccer sims for 15 years now and i know exactly what i want in a game. its unlikely it will happen though but ill try.

I just watched the WENB videocast and they gave it a really positive review. It's a game you must try before deciding if you think it's shit or not.

I'm a bit more up beat now.

Edit: Just read that La Liga might not be licensed. Bit of a bummer but hopefully with the new edit mode it wont be so much of a problem.

I heard that the teams in La Liga are all licensed, it's just the name of the league isn't, so it'll be called "Spanish League" or something similar.

Yeah, that would be great, PES5 had a good balance between Defenders and Attackers.. it was more realistic, although a bit too fast.

I hope PES5's Edit Mode is also back, I could do anything from uniforms to players.. then with PES6 I barely had any Hair Styles to choose from, and in PES08 I couldn't even create different versions of Ronaldo, Figo, etc, etc.. because I couldn't even choose from any of the Edited Faces.

Hope the Gameplay of PES5 is back, along with a good Editing Mode.

One of the things I want to see is the Crossing (Long Passes) in PES09, they never got the Crossing nor Ground Crosses right in PES6; Ground passes where always too slow in situations where I wanted to make a Ground Cross, the Ground Cross was too inaccurate.. I think proper Crosses would give a game like PES5 a bit more realism.

And the other thing is the Online mode, would love to see an Online Mode with no restrictions; use any team, with any players.. use your own Team Kits, Edited Players -without- having to worry about Default Settings.

PES5 was good but it wasnt noticed as much because people, including myself, became infuriated with the refs continually stopping play. i remember any little nudge would result in the game been stopped!

08 is a bit like this when i play it. in a 20 min match i am always sure to have a second yellow somewhere cos of silly fouls. maybe just me tho. out of the lot i must say number 5 is my fave.

I have found in pes08 a tiny tap to the opposition and they drop to the floor, my player gets a yellow and they get a free kick. I find that too many free kicks are given and it breaks the flow of the game. Hope 09 is a bit better.
