Yeah, I played PES2011 far to much last year, and I usually got bored after the 100+ match or so because I kept constantly doing the same mehtods of reaching the strikers over, and over, and over again. Big strikers such as Adebayor, and even Midfielders such as Gourcuff and Cesc Fabregas were almost useless to me as they had no pace, and were brushed aside like a web in the corner. Bacially, It wold take too long for me to write a list full of the improvements made on PES2011, so yeah. PES2011 is much better. :happy:

There's no point in debating about a game you've already decided you're not gonna like. You like PES 2010 because you enjoyed it more, I liked PES 2011 because I enjoy it more than PES 2010. It's quite clear that PES on next gen is still riddled with bugs and and AI that makes stupid decisions at times, so there's no point in comparing it to PES 5/6, which even though were scripted, they were extremely polished, clean, and fluid. And to whoever keeps mentioning stats you have to realize that all sports games are extremely dependent on stats, so nothing new there.
To conclude, as far as PES 2010 vs PES 2011 goes, I prefer PES 2011.

I have been playing PES for years, I have been agreed with when I say the obvious things that PES fans like yourself want to hear; however, when I say something you guys don't want to hear.... like the fact the left analogue stick works the same way it worked 15 years ago: now, I suddenly have no idea what I'm talking about.
I have read the comments on EvoWeb; everyone is entitled to an opinion, which is why I do not waste my time on EvoWeb, because it's full of know-it-alls who think their opinions are facts.
Let's put things into perspective, the guys on EvoWeb, say the same bullshit every year. I have moved on from that.
The problem is not me, I do know what I'm talking about, the guys on EvoWeb are the ones who have little idea about what they are talking about: every year they utter the same bullshit, which is why, again, I do not waste my time on EvoWeb nor responding to consumers like yourself.
PES and FIFA are dumb games. I do not need "experts" telling me obvious things, I can formulate my own opinion, and I don't need you or anyone telling me how much my opinion is worth: I know how much my opinion is worth, I have played the very same video game that the EvoWeb guys and the WENB guys have played.
I have been agreed with by Adam from WENB, back when I said the obvious things that PES fans wanted to hear. And indirectly, I would have agreed with the EvoWeb guys, because I was basically saying the same things the EvoWeb guys are saying today.

I do not need to play SWOS to know that PES11 is, in fact, a very easy and very outdated Football Sim.
I enjoyed PES11 for about three days, after that, it was down hill. I wanted to like to the game, but the game is too dumb and too insubstantial in the areas that matter the most: I do not enjoy PES11 for what it is.
That's my opinion; your opinion is, that PES11 is the best Football Sim to date: cool... just don't go around thinking that your opinion, and the opinions of some dudes on EvoWeb, is a fact.
Before judging anyone as "delusional" -- make sure that you actually understand the difference between an opinion and a fact.

I for one can't stand offline ML on PES2011 - but I'm loving MLO because the AI issues are not so much of a problem or exploited as they are by the CPU. That means I can praise and criticize it if I so wish. It also means its my choice whether I play it or not. As it is with Amateur. Its not your place to dictate terms.
As for Evo Web, a fan site, it doesn't hold the monopoly for the hardcore PES fans no more than PESfan, PESgaming or Neoseeker do.

any word from Konami if they are considering patching the game ? THe defensive player catchup is starting to annoy me! I perform a great give and go with Rooney and Hernandez with Rooney breaking free for a 1 on 1 with the goalie and gets caught time and time again. Then I check the stats and the players catching him have a slower top speed than Rooney's dribble speed, wtf! I played about 10 games online tonight, it happens constanty and ruins the game.

I dont know when they are coming out with the patch, or even if patch will fix it, I dont have the game anymore, but Ive noticed the same thing happens to me when i play the demo, the defenders catch up to messi, even tho messi is faster and has better acclerartion, which sucks, that was what was great about pro evo, remember when you used to put carlos and ronaldo up front for brazil, lol, and when ou give them a throught ball, the defenders were left in the dust! awesome memories, I been playing 2010, an I love it, im really enjoying it.
By the way, im new to this website, I heard some people on here saying MLO - what does that mean?
