I downloaded the Editor but I need a program to open it with. Also can I use this to edit teams on my PSP? I don't have a PS2.

The program you need to run the PES Editor is JAVA; you can get the latest version on java.com.
Moreover, you'll also need a Windows OS.

Nope, mate. This year, Konami didn't add the function to exchange data from PS2 to PSP, so I'm afraid you'll have to edit your game by using the ingame editor.

Phato, Thanks for the reply. I do have JAVA but when I open the Editor it then opens up the look up box and that's where I'm lost. Well I don't have a PS2, so will the editor generate an option file for me to download on my PSP?

You're welcome, my friend.
As i wrote in my previous post, the tool we're writing about is for PS2 only; it's completely unuseful for PSP editing.
Anyway, I dunno why the editor doesn't work on your computer. Are you sure you've installed the latest version of Java? Or maybe you'll have to revise your Windows settings.
