I expect the licensing to be similar to last season. Maybe with the addition of the Argentinian league.

I was expecting last year that Wikipedia will err in the right of PES 2012 that it says that there are Portuguese League, but was predicted correctly, so do not say that it is wrong because the supervisors are the people who are educated and they know all the big and small about everything!!!

How will they when the embargo hasn't been uplifted. And it also said in Wiki that the director of Transformers will direct PES 2013.

I don't think that Argentine Primera División will be in the game .. but the Brasileirão maybe will included .. also the 5 clubs from EPL it's just a rumor I think ...

fingers crossed with the license of the argentinian league and brazilian league and a few more south american leagues as there is confirmation that Copa Libertadores is in master league.

Man City should be liscenced for winning EPL and Chelsea for winning Champions League. But liscences aren't important cause you can just edit them. My copy of 2012 has all next seasons EPL kits so it's already ahead of any game out atm.
Something you can only do in FIFA if you wait a year and pay another £40.
