Pes 2013 option file with no dlc requirements?

I'm getting pes 2013 tomorrow (PS3) and just realized the servers were closed , so I guess I won't be able to download any dlc data packs. Should be able to update the game to 1.04 at least.

Anybody knows of an option file that mainly corrects the fake team and player names and requires no dlc pack?

I have the US version , not sure if it matters. I've read people claiming every option file should work on every region so I don't know
