I made an informational video showing how PES 2014 performs on intel onboard graphics card. I played on a Asus k55a laptop, which has HD 4000 GPU.
First, in order to change picture quality, you need to go to BIOS settings and allocate more vram (512 mb) to the gpu, otherwise the game plays on lowest settings. I played in medium and it was good, but it lagged when you were close to the goals (crowd).
