I also tried not opening the .exe file and just dragging the .bin onto it but it just opens with a black screen and a flashing dot and doesnt do anything!

Em, your just meant to drag & drop the file you want to change onto the exe (unopened exe) & it should come up asking you to enter a number, are you running it as administrator? I have UAC disable on my PC win7 64bit.

Though the latter shouldn't be needed.

OK sorry was in wrong folder. Now comes up with new number but says need to resign and rehash?! No idea how to do that? Tried it without doing this and Xbox dont recognise file

You need to use a program like horizon or even le fluffie to resign/rehash the file.

In horizon drag the file onto the window & you just pick save & rehash.
In le fluffie drag the file onto the window & you just pick rebuild.

I use le fluffie, since I change numbers after I convert files & just leave it open.

Le fluffie, is located in the "Tools\le fluffie" folder in the converters.

Cheers having to update .net framework as cant get either Horizon or le fluffie to open!

I'm sorry wrong place to ask about this, since it's not my application I cant tell you why its doing that, I can suggest if you don't have .net framework install it, just google ".net framework".

first off great work.
my problem is with the kits. how do i assign them to a team?
as they don't automatically do it themselves.
if i'm doing something wrong could someone point out my error.

Edit > Teams > Select a league > Select a Team > Strip > Pick one > Markings > Logos > Load

yeah i got it last night after i posted. thanks for the reply.
quick question. lets say ive edited a PNG template for a kit. any way to inject that to the .BIN?

  • This years it's not a click & drag process due to the CON files being hashed to hell, they require rebuilding & the coding for that part is way above my head. (I did try)
  • This is why Le Fluffie is required, this tool can rebuild CON files. (Horizon doubles the files size)
  • The conversion part is still a click & wait process, I do all the heavy lifting, you just have to decrypt PC/PS3 files first & stick them in a CON file after I have converted them. (I create the corresponding CON file for each bin files.)
  • Yes you read that right, decrypt the PS3/PC files, thanks to Konami they encrypted the save files :realmad: for PS3 & PC, but I include links to the tools you need in the Read-Me.txt file

When I convert the bin with that program and it takes me another number on my xbox come out damaged

It can be put in the game (ps3) the actual dorsal of premier league and did everything as Daymos in your facebook photos?

Is there any program to do that on ps3?

"Daymos" does nothing out of the ordinary, but do not confuse things. This edition of the "DLC" (Insert & Relink, kits , boots etc etc) and is the standard edition of OF, He is mixing both. -

hi, im from Ecuador but I bought pes2014 in USA, i have all teams but I don´t have Argentine commentators, because my game is not the Latin America edition, but I have the files type CPK for Pc edition?? Can I use these converter for these files???

hola soy nuevo en el foro, quisiera poder instalar los comentaristas argentinos en mi version para Xbox, pero no encuentro ningun tutorial, yo tengo los archivos para la version de PC, los podria convertir con el programa converter y me funcionaria? muchas gracias por la ayuda
