I've played every PES game and found them OK, but this version 2014 is pure rubbish. 1...Players collide constantly and get muddled and get lost in the confusion. 2...Your own player will take the ball off you if you go past one, not real? 3...Pressing the shoot button does not work most times, you have to keep pressing. 4...A player will pass the ball out to no one, not real. 5...Pressing the shoot button will produce a weak shoot even when pressing it for a long time. 6...The ball will always go to an opponent when bouncing off any bodies legs, always. 7...The ref is card happy to you and not the opponent player, always 8. I've just took it off my system after a few months of trying it out. Tried Fifa and will be sticking to Fifa from now on. Fifa has faults as well, but not like Pes 2014.

i haven't played the game but I probably wouldn't disagree with you if I did. One note you mention that I actually do find interesting is where you write "a player will pass the ball out to no one". The item I like about this is that perhaps the ball is not completely tied to a player all the time. I play FIFA and it bothers me the ball is never free, it always moves to a player, except if travelling out of bounds where it picks up speed if I am chasing it and slows down and stops of the CPU is chasing it.

I am starting to come to a conclusion that neither company will produce the game we want and I don't understand why. Same complaints/suggestions year after year and no large step forward on basic things.

Well, I've played football all of my life and this game is so unreal in its passing the ball, shooting and other tatics of the game. Fifa is more true to the game in these areas, like i said Fifa does suffer from glitches, but in general is OK. If anybody was doing what Pes does would be dropped like a stone and banned from the team. Just watch what a real game does, look and you would see very little mistakes, not what Pes 2014 does.
FIFA is more realistic thn PES14>? You gotta be kidding me. FIFA players still move robotic in 2014 and look un-natural. i AGREE though PES14 has manY problems and so does FIFA but realism isnt one of the problems for PES, yet FIFA is a complete arcade football game, PES is vey realistic trust me, i you ever played football like you say you did then i dont know where you get the idea that FIFA is realisti and PES isnt?!
Jeez, some things that comes out of peoples mouths just amaze me.
