PES 2016 news!

Ali I created a ML with PECCHIORA (later I've found they are Pescara) using the default players. Played a few games already, and I think the issue with crosses is pretty much fixed, at least within the Italian 2nd league.

Signed Neves yet?

Signed Neves yet?

I had £1.3m of budget... which was enough for Reus as he is a free agent. Too bad I didn't remember it soon enough.

But I can give you some hints though! Marco Moscati from Livorno is a great, cheap player (if you consider a 67-rated lad a good player).

Also, scouting is really useful this year. Even more, it is almost mandatory. You can sign pretty much any players given you have the money and appeal, but if they don't have styles suited to your team (example: Iturbe, a running, couter-attacking winger, to Guardiola's Bayern would be strange) your whole team will underperform and the specific player will pretty much be useless. I got a 68 rated GK to play over my other 60 rated GKs, and he is even worse due to misfitting the team.

Why am I writing this, you have probably started one too...

I'm optimistic that it won't take that long!

With Konami anything is possible. btw they never responded to my emails. Shocking.

If you want to know anything more specific about ML or other modes just ask, my classes haven't really started yet so I have some free time for now.

I've had very few of them. Just my presentation at Pescara really, it was better than last year.

I think you won't like this year's ML though, there's a lot to see but to do, that remains almost the same.

Edit: just bought Miyaichi midseason for 770k :sweey:

As long as I can assemble a team of wonderkids, and turn them into Champions League winning stars, I'm happy.

I love how some of you act as though you are experts of making / programming games. 'It's the easiest thing in the world to update rosters'... but how do you know this? As Ali said, it's not just that, you have to create the new players (transfers and youths). Unless someone here as actually worked on this for Konami, I can't take these opinions seriously.

Why can you not be happy that Konami have made a brilliant game with fantastic gameplay? It is clear that is where the effort has gone this year - in making a game that is fun to play. What would you rather - an ok game, but with up to date squads (i.e. FIFA), or a brilliant game but have to wait a couple of weeks for updates.

Yes, the perfect situation would be to have the new gameplay AND the new squads, but that hasn't happened - and my bet is that if it was possible, they'd have done it. It is frustrating I admit, but all these comments about giving up, pes is ruined, how can they do this to us etc. are way over the top. Have a little patience.

I've been viewing this forum on and off for a few years and it is strikes me that a lot of people on here are only happy when they have something to moan about. We have a brilliant game that in a couple more weeks will be bang up to date. That's worth waiting for, in my opinion. Enjoy the game guys.

I still don't think we should be making excuses for them. They've had plenty of time, and when you consider that EA can update the teams on a weekly basis, you'd think Konami should be able to do it every few months! Konami are a big company, not some indie devs working out of their parents basement.

We have a brilliant game that in a couple more weeks will be bang up to date.

That's another thing, there's no reason to feel confident that it will be bang up to date. Just look at the missing transfer threads that popped up after the last updates! I don't know how they can mess it up, but they do!

I buy the game for the season mode. So as good as you think the game is, it's collecting dust next to my console. I don't care what they did right. Not having updated rosters is beyond unacceptable.

If I pay 60 dollars for a finished product, it better be finished. I don't care how hard it is to program......boooo hoooo. This is a business, that charges us to make money. The least they can do is keep up with the competition with updated rosters. Otherwise it's just a shiny reboot of 2015.

How anyone can defend them is beyond me. I bought a beautiful 2016 jeep. They did an amazing job, but I have to wait 1 month for my steering wheel and brake lights.

I've had it start raining on me about 60 mins into a game. It doesn't really effect anything, nor does it seem to be varied from that 60 minute mark, so Konami calling it "dynamic" was a little over the top!

I have players slipping when wet surface and raining while changing directions in the PC demo. Does this not happen in the full game?

I's dynamic, on PS4 atleast so expect on the other platforms to then ofc...I have had dry in 20minutes then rain the rest, I have had dry for 35minutes or so then rain, 60minutes dry then rain etc.

The only thing I have not seen, is from wet to dry. And it does seem to effect slightly, like the players slipping easyer in the rain then in dry
