Quit acting like its your constitutional right to have everything go the way you think it should. If you're not opening the game because they haven't updated rosters then you're just a being a child.
Be grateful you actually live in a country where you can just sit around all day playing computer games and scratching your arse, your first world problems aren't actually problems

No news, and I've not heard anything about Friday. There won't be any official word until the Konami PES twitter account announcement, whenever that is. Until then anything else is speculation.

I'm impatient so I manually transferred about 60 of the biggest transfers last night (Di Maria, etc) just so I can start my master league. Still loads missing, but the big ones are there at least.

Guess the long awaited update is going to come on 1st October , it is when the live update starts,it is the second notification that you see when you start the game. That is the main reason why they are so quiet about it , they will probably start talking about it next week.

I'm sure there's method to the madness, that was my guess too. I'm glad I started my ML now. I don't think I can wait another week!

Yes the squad updates won't be until 1/10/15 seen konami repost a few things supporting that it is disappointing just have to make the transfers myself and leave the bundesliga etc for a few weeks

And yeah, it is a massive pain that it's taking this long, but October is only a week away, so not as far as you think - it's already 23rd September. :huh:

It's actually in the game. Think most of us wouldn't have even bothered to check. I can live with it being another week.

Isn't that just for the live updates though? That's not the same as a squad update. It just alters players attributes when playing online, according to their real life form.

EDIT - and what TH said. If they only intend to update the squads for online mode I'll be pissed. That's a gamebreaker for me.

Iv been told this also and iv heard off a few forums patch is on Friday to compete with fifa. Nothing concrete though the video above is what konami seem to be supporting on social media when asked about transfer update/patch seen it used to reply to a few people

It was the case on PES2015, the Live Updates only effect exhibition and online games, and you have to be connected to the internet for them to work (obviously), if not then they'll just go back to the default teams.

I came on here a few days ago and defended Konami over the squad updates, as the gameplay is so good. I still sort of stand by that, but...

...29th October? That is ridiculous. I can now understand others' frustrations.

They make a brilliant game, that could have potentially converted a substantial chunk of FIFA fans, and then they mess up something relatively straightforward like the squad updates - which is important to people (particularly younger fans, who tend to play FIFA). They've shot themselves in the foot. I actually feel sorry for them.

Bhatti proclaiming that he will now disappear for a month is pretty cowardly as well.
