I usually dont complain but same game as last year. Only 14 african teams. How hard is it to add 2 more to make it 16. Not one new league. Not one. Im sure you can only make one league in each region again. All i wanted was one new European league to make 8 leagues.

I agree, more fake leagues would be nice, especially for European region. Bundesliga, Scottish, Russian, Belgium, Turkish, Danish... There is so much we could do, so much potential with the right editing tools.

Ali

It is happening again
Demo next week apparently.

(And the no Juve licence things is pathetic btw)

Damn barely any licenses this year, with no image or data importing on XB1 it's a definite no buy for me.

Why can't Konami bring back the option to create a stadium? It was in one of the PES games in the last four or five years (can't remember which) and at least it gave you the opportunity to have more that just the Konami stadium for every team.

Also, for the love of God, will someone at Konami please incorporate an option in Master League to extend the capacity of your stadium? It's little immersive details like that which sell the ML for me. I want to start off in the Championship or League 1 with a crappy 12,000-seater stadium, but renovate and rebuild as we climb up the rankings and leagues into the Premier League and eventually create a 70/80,000 capacity stadium that brings in more dosh, more revenue, and gives us control of the football club that we've chosen!

It's not rocket science. Master League needs little tweaks like that, or like the option to change ticket prices as you move up in the world, things that FIFA has been doing for years! Yes, the gameplay is the most important thing, but the gameplay will mean nothing when you're ten years into a Master League and there's nothing there to do other than sign a few new players.

Oh man, I hear you. If I had an Xbox there is no way I would go anywhere near PES. The lack of option file sharing, although not their fault apparently, is terrible.

And, even though I know that we can edit all the teams and kits etc on PS4, to see that they have even less licenses than normal is just so dispiriting. It's all well and good saying "yeah, but we got Barcelona, Dortmund and Liverpool" but who cares. We had Barca last year as well anyway PLUS Juve, Porto, ALL of Spain etc.

Pes 2017 wiki

Partnership with Chelsea FC

On 16 August 2016, Konami Digital Entertainment Co. Ltd. announced an official partnership with Chelsea FC. Through the agreement PES 2017 will include content such as recreation of the official kit, player faces and Chelsea's home ground Stamford Bridge among other content. Konami announced the deal also stating that "This title's core concept "Control Reality", makes it possible to reproduce Chelsea FC's compact and speedy game flow. With the new function "Advanced Instruction", Chelsea's playing style of multiple players to retrieve the ball from a high position, "Catenaccio", adopted by manager Antonio Conte, will be reproduced within the game. The most notable difference to this licence however is that unlike the FC Barcelona deal, the Stamford Bridge stadium will not be exclusive to the Pro Evolution Soccer series

Is this true?

I say it again, the list is not final, because it misses some teams that will come later, maybe in data pack. And also it is not Konamis fault that they don't have enough money for licenses, blaim greedy EA Sports for being douchebags and not sharing the licenses with PES.

True, I think Konami is lazy about ML, they only brought some changes this year like new transfer system and player transfer sums, training improvement etc. I really, really hope though that they don't have regenerating players this year as 16 yo Buffons and Tottis are killing the "realism" of ML.

Hold me back, I'm about to go on a rant

The PES-development team: Hey edit-guys sorry fore making our kit-import so small. Here from now on you get a 1000 slots fore it.
Also in other news, we have lost the licens to both Spanish leagues, so have fun.
Oh, and we kind of lost the licence to four of Europe's biggest clubs... but hey, we got you two clubs which last real glory days where more then a decade ago... Do you love us now KSI???

I REALLY don't understand what Konami are supposed to do. FIFA's aggressiveness with licenses is astounding. FIFA are clearly threatened on some level because they keep getting more and more aggressive with the licenses issues. Honestly what can Konami do about La Liga?

At least we all have option files now. Within about a week we'll have everything set and in about a month we'll probably have amazingly in-depth option files.

I think FIFA is more aggressive now because PES has gained more buyers, more attention, won Gamescom awards now 3 years in a row and also PES has been improving in these years. EA has always knew that their game is more popular because of licenses and Ultimate Team and they want rip off as many licenses as they can from PES to not letting them gain any more popularity.

So, no Bayern Munich at all in this, not even unlicensed? So that means (based on recent National team line ups being accurate) no Lahm, Ribery, Alcantara, Alonso, Martinez, Robben, Bernat, Rafinha, Badstuber, Starke, Ulreich and possibly others. Gone!

I sure hope that the kit slots cover every single team this year (bearing in mind they've lost La Liga 1 and 2 now as well). Otherwise, it looks as though I'll be playing the patched version on PS3 CFW again this year. So much better than Konami could ever hope to produce sadly.

Also, if Borussia Dortmund are new 'official partners' and 'exclusively licensed' why is Marco Reus on the FIFA 17 cover in all his Dortmund kit glory? Will they not actually have their proper kit within the game like none of the La Liga teams will in PES?

When is the last game that had unlicensed "Other European" teams? Old Pes games would have like 25 other european teams. Half were unlicensed but it was easy to edit. Now we get 10. No unlicensed ones at all. Just. Annoying.

Team color is now separate from kit color so no funny colors in crowd anymore.

Stadium images are now importable.

And now you can edit the youth players from teams for ML which is fantastic. Managers are also transferrable.

And Bhatti also said in Twitter that the fake European teams which weren't editable in past Pro Evo's are now editable.

Took them long enough... The 1st point is incredibly easy to implement, yet one of the most annoying things in the game. I just hope it also affects the radar dots' colour.

No "English League 3".

No juventus

I couldn't care less about licenses (Porto isn't in the game, don't care) this is just stupid.

All said, just wanted to show my agreement. They are getting scared and are fighting in the shadows, because they know they can't win where it truly matters: gameplay.

:hmm:
