SK Slavia Praha kits really? Licenced team, no real kits, no sponsor, no Umbro... WTF?

Lazio kits are from two years ago. The team is licensed but the kits are old and I can't even edit them

Γειά σου πατρίδα, So i am not missing somthing data pack 1.0 was not in the first live update and everybody has Unimplement datapack?And waht will happen to Bastia? They are going to rest of europe or get replaced and theier players will go free agents?
