I only played one game, but i thought the game play was great. Better than Pes 2018.

I only play ML. I started a Master League & just simulated ahead. AI transfers are still terrible. English players going to Brazilian teams. You cannot remove the fake leagues. PEA fake league has 16 teams in it & you cannot edit the number. All the other fake leagues can have between 14-20 teams like always. The UEFA coefficients are not in the game anymore ranking the leagues. I'm not sure if they even changed in PES 2018 anyways. The top 4 teams in the English, Italian, & Spanish leagues do not start in group stage of CL. They are still in qualifying.

Just some things i noticed so far. What does everyone else think?

Well, Kazim-Richards went to Corinthians, so it's not too unrealistic about the English players :laugh:

And that sucks about the 14-20 team leagues. Still can't make a proper league for Paraguay, Ecuador, MLS, Austria, etc...

I noticed within a minute of playing that the game has been sped up compared with the demo (which was optimal in my view). Players moved/ran faster, the ball travelled faster. Anyone else notice that? Why do Konami persist in fixing things that aren't broken?

Edit: And I never usually notice these things even when people whinge online about it normally!

What's the online competition schedule like? As in how often are they or is even any at all? 2018 only had 4 every 2 hours on a saturday and sunday. Im on ps4, although i would imagine xbox is the same.

Played two online games and I’m inpresssd. I think Konami found the magic balance finally with this version. Looks like u need to know how to play and button spamming is a thing of the past. This game could be special

First of all, my version is PS4, and I only played against computer.
No matter what game play, or excellent graphic, I still hate the game. I am a big big fan of WE, from WE3. I never give up any version, even the worst 2014. However, this version, in fact this always happens in previous version, the referees are NEVER FAIR. I played around 100 matches up to now, 0 PENALTY GIVEN. Computer opponents always KILL me without a foul. Sometimes they kick through my player to touch the ball. As they touch the ball, referee think that no foul! but if not in game, my players leg is already broken!!
In contrast, my player would kick through the ball (and so referee think that I did not touch the ball) and just a little bit kick the players, then a foul would be given
This especially happen when computer is one or two goals down. I can always think that the "UNFAIR" is coming!!
Why I say opponents kill my players? sometimes opponents use kuck-fu kick, and the leg just through the body of my player!! and, NO FOUL!!!! I think I would retire from football game soon (as I don't like FIFA too)

Got the game on release date, installed, updated on my ps4 and came up saying that the disk is scratched or dirty ....so I send it back

Yes I did also notice that. Demo was amazing but the real game is really really bad.
