Not a patch. ALL you have to do is replace the option file. Really easy.

-All correct player names
-All correct clubs names
-All correct kits & badges
-Full Bundesliga from the 2006/2007 season

-ONLY replace folder1 for the update.

-I went through the Bundesliga again to removed any duplicates & I made sure real in game players were not edited over.
-I created some teams using in game players & PES 5 stats. I didn't edit over the players for Sao Paulo, River Plate, Boca Juniors, or Palmeiras when creating the new teams. They are all still in the game on national teams, under non affilated, or created players.

Birmingham City replaces PES United
Sunderland replaces WE United
CSKA Moskva replaces Boca Juniors
Spartak Moskva replaces River Plate
Shakhtar Donetsk replaces Sao Paulo
AEK Athens replaces Palmeiras (League C - created team)
