PES 6 - 2006-07 season with 2nd division clubs for Master League

I will add 2nd division clubs for the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga, and Bundesliga. I left the current Other European teams the same and I edited over 8 of the French clubs and 6 of the Dutch clubs. I will use the clubs that were in PES 5 and PES 2008.

English Championship:
- Birmingham City
- Sunderland
- Derby
- West Bromwich Albion

Serie B:
- Juventus (licensed in game)
- Napoli
- Leece
- Genoa

Segunda Division:
- Real Valladolid
- Alaves
- Malaga
- Cadiz

Bundesliga 2:
- Koln
- Kaiserslautern
- Duisburg
- Hansa Rostock
- Karlsruher
- 1860 Munich

If you see any errors let me know. I may still have to fix a few things.
