PES15 - quit & manual controls

So I just bought PES15 for PC... I think they forgot something. Either that, or I'm blind, because I can't figure out how to exit the application, aside from Ctrl+F4 and kill the process in Task Manager.

Also, is there a way to set manual controls, as in previous versions? I know you can press LT, but that can be hard to remember in the heat of battle.

And what's up with defending? No more standing tackles? Pressing 'X' doesn't seem to do anything.

Yes, it does seem like a beta menu.. you can find it under EXTRAS (where you see traning, statistics.. etc)... for some reason its there...theres an OFF button on the right hand side.... small, hit it to exit

Another question: I saw a YouTube video of PES15 with the La Liga announcer doing the play-by-play in Spanish. Can I change the in-game language? If I head "How about that goal, Jim Begglin?" one more time I'm going to scream.
