Pes2

Anyone help me please,

I bought PES2 when it first came out, what a fantastic game. But as everyone else seems to point out the biggest let down is the oficial team names, badges etc.

From looking at the messages/threads, I gather that someone has edited all the teams and saved it etc. But how do you go about downloading and then uploading on to the PS2 ?

Sorry, if this is a stoopid question, but not much of a computer expert- just love the footy !!!!!

Or alternatively, is there simply a text list of the team names should be, i've worked out most but still a couple i'm not sure of.

Also, is there a way of playing PES2 over the internet ?

what you need is an xport, which you can buy for about £20 at play.com

it is pretty straight forward once you have that, because the file you download is an option file which you simply upload onto your memory card using the xport.

the text lists can be found in the pes2 section of sgo.

I think Datel or somebody has released a mod disk that automatically updates all the players and clubs. Check it out at Amazon

Thanks for the info, but I have looked for an X-port on play.com & can't find it anywhere. Please help.

The only thing I have found is 'Ultimate Update for Pro Evolution Soccer 2' I guess this is the 'mod disk' that you were reffering to.

could anyone help me? I'm from Belgium and I also want to order the x-port, but I don't know if I could order this at play.com.
Can I order my x-port there?

If you go to www.play.com, you will have to register to be able to buy stuff. Which needs an email address.

To find the X-Port, on the left side there is a slide doen menu. Click that to PS2 and type below that "X-Port" and then all the info will be shown.
It is £17.99 and you can use your credit card and you can enter a separate delivery address to the card address which is useful.
