Not 100% sure, but I'm afraid they don't. PS4 don't have the feature of image storage, so you can't import kits, emblems, logos and managers pictures... yet.

Konami and lots of PS4 users are waiting for Sony to release a patch with this feature, so you have to be patient. Greetings

It's not konami fault that ps4 doesn't let you import images, sony is the one to blame but there may be a future update firmware for that
