PES2017 Soundtrack

My views on the soundtrack this year:

I must admit this year the guys at Pro Evolution Soccer have set the very best (I am not exaggerating) soundtrack ever. Now admittedly there have been awesome songs in the past, for me notably PES2011’s Phoenix- Armistice, PES2013’s Imagine Dragons – I’m on top of the world, PES2016’s Vinyl Theartre – Shine On and many others, however this year, the majority of songs are just top drawer in my opinion.

In the past, the songtrack did not have the correct balance and tempo among most of the songs were rather low. This time around I feel whoever was responsible for the song selection made the right choice also with regards to Mainstream and other not so well known artists and tracks.

Here is a short soundtrack summary that i made:

It's okay, lots of catchy songs which is good. However, it is extremely tedious, and so repetitive. Like last year there just simply aren't enough songs, and next-gen really suffers from the inability to import custom a soundtrack.

Overall it's good, but needs to be at least double the size, if not triple.

Ellie Goulding? James Bay? Skrillex ft Bieber? Twenty One Pilots? I'm glad I'm skipping this year....

Best PES soundtrack was by far in PES2011. The rest is shit, I just turn everything off.

This said, I really like Clean. And that said, who the fuck is Ellie Golding and why would anyone put James Bay (or worse, that garbage from Bieber and Skrillex) in a football game? And to end it, PArking Lot is the only song that has that reminiscent feel of the good old PES games.

PES music is OK, but it's much like hold music. It's OK for the first five minutes but once you've been on hold for 45 minutes you just want to it to shut the hell up!! After several plays I usually turn off the background music because it becomes overly repetitive.

The best soundtrack to any game ever has to be Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 on PS2, that was dynamite!

I can't imagine why any adult would like this soundtrack. They're probably trying to appeal to the tweens.

The soundtrack is bad and hasn't enough songs. PES2011 was pretty good

However with the Spotify function on PS4 I just turn off music and commentary. Own playlist and ingame sounds are ready to go!

2011 and 2010 were amazing and nostalgic
This years songs are not enough but they're top notch
Just don't like Gouldings and 21 Pilots songs but the rest are good

Will get tired of it very soon however

Own music?

Is there any way for me to put music I like onto PS4 version of PES 17? I remember doing it with PES 15 on PS3, but I'm not sure if it's the same for 2016.

Soundtrack is good

Miike Snow - Genghis Khan love that track had not heard before this so enjoy every time it comes on.
Still wish they had put more songs in feel I have heard the James Bay song up to 66 times minimum.
