i was just saying that it may be easier for users who dont already have pes4 installed. And i managed to repack the cd correctly and get it to work from fresh install, the only thing you have to do is copy the option file over to get the correct names.

I used a similar version for we8i with wolfs patch on it, just run the installer and its done, rather than having the effort of using 2 different applications and patching the necessary files. You dont even have to patch pes4 to the most recent patch(1.10) as this is also streamlined.

If i had the bandwith i would put on filecloud but with a 256kb upload it would take me ages. Just thought id put my input into it.

is anybody havin problems with the names? it seems that for example. millwall have extra foreign players along with the millwall squad. ie 5 gk's when there should be 3. then when i take it online the names are of the previous team it replaced. like port vale i think ends up being bayern munchen online?? any help greatly appriciated

Although I do not use the PC version, I don't think the patch works if you go online. I may be wrong, but I do not think you can. I'm not sure about the 5 keepers thing, do Millwall still ahev 5 keepers when you go into match mode?

yeh deffo works online m8 been using it all week . just that im only one with diffrent names

.max files are for Max Drive files. You can't patch the game with Max Drives... you can only transfer Option File data.

Yes that is correct about online. Online you don't use your own roster file. That would be unfair. Like if you host and someone choose Bayern Munich only to find it's Port Vale. Kit's remain as the British Ones though, which causes problems playing online for kit clashes. Probably best not using this patch if you plan to play online most the time.

First off, thank you for this incredible endeavor. I can't imagine the hard work that went into this. Thank you.

I have WE8I,

I applied the British patch via DkZ studio (all this is over the Wolf patch)

The problem is, all the kit numbers for all the lower level english clubs are grey. They look like the proper type, but appear grey.

I don't think version 1.10 update works for WE8I

Do I need to somehow install that para_we8.bin file? I tried using AFS explorer, but it tells me the file is too big.

the patch seems to be really fantastic and I would love to have it on my moded Xbox :)

or is there @ least a way to convert the PS2 patch or the PC patch to the Xbox format (e.g. with editing tools)?

Firstly let me just say for anyone who is having trouble, and doesn't know what to do with some of the files. My biggest piece of advice would be learn to read, because all the instructions are in the update.

1st time i have patched/updated it and it worked like a dream, so many thanks go out for all the hard work you guys must have put in. It's simply awesome to be able to play as wigan in such detailed kits, squad etc...so many thanks.

I have one MAJOR issue. You REALLY need to sort it ASAP before other people get this patch. You need to make Nicky Eaden an absolute sh*tbag, because he is rubbish in real life :). Other than that guys i must say it's a fantastic job you have done.

No you can't convert patches. You have to make them from scratch.

All patches come with instructions. Maybe you deleted them.
Try unrarring it again.
