fishcake's 'IML' & 'IMS' files (included in patch) to create your iso image,
instead after patching your extracted files make your own 'IML' & 'IMS'
with CD/DVDgen.
Note: fishcake's 'IML' & 'IMS' files were made using extracted &
patched files/folders from PES5 RETAIL [WITH NETPLAY].
As there is different file content between BETA & RETAIL PES5 versions.
Difference being 1 file, the netplay one.
So 'IML' & 'IMS' files of one version will not work for the other.

I’ve not replaced any menus/backgrounds or music as these are down to personal taste

Because I've decided to use scorpio's option file it caused problems with my original patch, so I've used the kits from DjPelle's kit patch, I've noticed some were out of date (Middlesbrough & Lazio) and have replaced them with this seasons kits, there may be more, if so I'll release an update some time soon

I've still got a few things to fix such as the ball names and hopefully the boot names and preview pics



INSTRUCTIONS

I'M ONLY GOING TO TYPE THIS OUT ONCE, IF YOU'RE UNSURE ABOUT USING DKZ STUDIO OR REBUILDING ISO'S THEN FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER AND YOU WON'T GO WRONG

Unless you know how to rebuild an iso or burn UDF/ISO with Nero, I suggest you use files from the original disc or a clean iso, the iml & ims files included with the patch will make it easy for you to rebuild the iso with Apache but if any of your files are different in size to mine then you’ll get a LBA error when you rebuild so use clean files if you’re unsure



Make a new folder on your C drive called PES5

Extract all the files from the original DVD to C:\PES5 (IT’S IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THIS PATH OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN YOU REBUILD THE ISO)

Run DKZ Studio, click FILE > OPEN A FILE and select fishcake_mix_v1.dkz

Click PATCH > APPLY PATCH IN FOLDER, point it to C:\PES5 and click OK

You may get a box pop up saying the descriptors are missing, just click OK, this will happen when it starts patching a new afs file (3 times altogether) once it’s finished close DKZ Studio

Copy the iml & ims files included with the patch to C:\PES5

Run Apache and click FILE > IMPORT IML FILE and select pes5.iml

Click FILE > BUILD ISO, name the iso and click SAVE to start building it, once done burn the new iso to DVD

If you prefer you can use IML2ISO to build the iso or burn the files to DVD as
UDF/ISO with Nero

The patch will work without an option file but if you use your own then you’ll need to set all the kits to default in the in-game editor, or you can use scorpio’s option file which I’ve included and has all kits already set, stadium & competition names corrected, 99% correct player names, 100% correct team names & 99% transfers up to date

Transfer the option file to your memory card using either Xport or Max
Drive, I’ve also included a bin/cue file, instructions for this can be found
HERE starting at section 7.

cool this looks great, and its nice to seei can use it with scorpios op file, so i dont need to edit it, and its got IROX and PARKHEAD, sweeeeeeeet. finally. ill make this into a torrent when ive downloaded it. thanks again.

CloneCD is capable of writing your modified iso to DVDR, when doing
so just make sure you burn it @ the slowest possible speed (2x).

Ok I have a question

1. Make a Iso with dvd decrypter
2. Extracet all files from iso to Pes5 on hd
3. Open dkz open patch and apply patch in folder Pes5
4. Make witch sony cd/dv****** a ims and iml file
5. Make witch appache an iso
6. burn it with clone cd 2x

is that right or wrong what I have to do can anybody help me.

In german maybe ok thanks

I've got i question about DKZ.
If I've got a fully working .iso image on my hd, can't I just apply the patch in image and burn it afterwards without the need of rebuilding the image with apache?

yeh its going. i can only upload at 30kB/s as ive got a few torrents on the go, of course the more people get it and seed the faster itll go

when i go to build the iso in apache i get an error sayin it can't find c:\pes5\iop\audio.irx

i named the folder pes5 copied the image from the original pro evo disc, applied the patch in dkz studio and it came up done and enjoy the game. copied both the iml and ims from part 7 of the patch to the pes5 folder. opened up apache and loaded up the iml but when i go to build the new iso it says it can't find the files even tho i can see the files in apache and they're where they should be.

Any ideas?

instead of goin into apache could i jus go into dvd decrypter and simply burn the iso (with the patch applied usin dkz) to a dvd? or does it need something else doin to it after its been applied in dkz?
